330 Peters Street

This circa 1920 department store has been redesigned to incorporate 16 exclusive units which boast 14 to 18 ft. beaded board ceilings, round structural columns with ornate capitals, 10 to 14 ft. high Palladian windows, flats, 2 & 3 story units, and the original brick internal walls (all of which had been concealed behind an inch of plaster all of these years). The 330 Peters Street Lofts extends to the purchaser the opportunity to join with our architect in custom designing the individual loft. Miller-Gallman has approached the project with no pre-conceived notion as to look and feel of the individual units. The internal design and loft floor plan is entirely up to you, the purchaser, and the architect.
